Partnership of the Year Contest - Win a FREE Membership!
Have you formed a successful work or volunteer abroad programme partnership as a result of attending the Work Experience Travel Market and IAPA Annual Conference (WETM-IAC) or the World Youth & Student Travel Conference (WYSTC) over the past two years?
If so, we want to hear from you!
You could win one year’s free membership for you and your non-member partner organisation*, along with lots of free publicity, when the winner is announced at WYSTC 2010 in Beijing this October.

Here's How to Participate:
1. In less than 500 words, tell us about your initial meeting that took place at WYSTC or WETM-IAC between 2008 and 2010 and explain why your particular partnership works so well. We’d like to hear details including a description of what’s offered in your programme and the number of participants enrolled. Tell us how your programme stands out from others.
2. With “Partnership of the Year Contest” as the subject heading, submit your success story as a Word document by e-mail to mailbox@wyseworkabroad.org. Entries must be received by midnight CET September 15, 2010.
3. In the body of the e-mail, include your name, your partner organisation’s name and name of the programme you have established together.
4. The winning partnership will be announced at WYSTC in Beijing, October 17-20, 2010.
5. In addition to the membership awarded to each partner, you will benefit from contest publicity including: announcements of the winning partnership on the WYSE Work Abroad and WYSE Travel Confederation websites, industry newsletters, press releases sent to the broader travel media worldwide, as well as raising your profile and highlighting your achievement at WYSTC 2010.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Contest entries can be written with the collaboration of both partners, but must be submitted by the WYSE Work Abroad member.
2. Only one submission is permitted per member.
3. Contest is open to all members of WYSE Work Abroad along with their respective non-member partner organisations.
4. Prize is awarded to one current WYSE Work Abroad member and their non-member partner and will consist of one full 2011 membership with WYSE Work Abroad for the existing member, and one 2011 membership with WYSE Travel Confederation and WYSE Work Abroad for the new member. Appropriate membership categories to be determined by WYSE Travel Confederation. WYSE Travel Confederation portion of membership covered for new member up to and including Category 2. Should new member’s Category Level as determined by WYSE Travel Confederation be Category 3, difference is to be paid by new member.
5. Non-member must meet standard requirements for membership including having been in business for at least 2 years, and following the announcement of winners must submit for approval a completed membership application form, including a copy of their organisation’s charter and a balance sheet and profit & loss statement.
6. Prize is as offered, and no cash alternative will be substituted.
7. All entries must be submitted by the contest closing date: midnight CET, September 15, 2010. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which fail to arrive in the WYSE Work Abroad inbox by this closing date.
8. Partnerships must have been initiated at either WETM or WYSTC between 2008 and 2010.
9. By submitting your entry to mailbox@wyseworkabroad.org for the contest, you are authorising WYSE Work Abroad to use your success story in our contest promotions and accompanying materials.
10. It is a condition of entry that all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
